LAAIRAI
LAAIRAI is an Asian fusion eatery located down a peaceful alley in the heart of District 1, Saigon. With the entire space designed like an all-dark "Black Cube", LAAIRAI offers funky recipes and innovative cocktails inspired from Vietnamese "Nhau" culture (equivalent to Japan's Izakaya), such as grilling, dried fishes, fermentation, noodles and rice. Plus all-day good vibe.
LAAIRAI is a celebration of Vietnamese legacy with a modern approach while embracing cosmopolitan lifestyle of contemporary Saigon.
Architecture designed & built by L.A.D Atelier, LAAIRAI a a “black cube” in the heart of Saigon that offers guests a great sense of discovery like Alice entering the spirited away land.
Brand identity designed by D4NH, inspired from funky recipes such as grilling, steaming, stir-frying and fermentation, street noodle and rice, using local ingredients sourced from all over Vietnam.
